All products in our shop are digital products.

No physical item will be shipped. After purchase, you will receive a PDF file that contains a link to your editable Canva template. You can edit the template yourself, download it, and print it anytime.

Our shop is primarily intended for private customers.

For business purchases or special invoice requirements, please contact us before placing an order.

Shopping with us is simple:

1. Choose your favorite design and complete your purchase

2. You will first receive your order confirmation email. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive another email with your download link

3. After payment confirmation, open your download link and download your PDF file

4. Open the PDF and click the Canva link inside

5. Log in to Canva or create a free account

6. Edit your design directly in your browser and download it when you are ready

Your files will be available as soon as your payment is confirmed.

You will receive your order confirmation first. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive another email with your download link.

If you created an account, you can also access your order anytime in your customer account.

Free Bundle Promotion Terms

This promotion allows you to select a free bundle when purchasing at least one paid bundle, subject to the following conditions:

• A maximum of one free bundle per bundle type per order applies

• Purchasing multiple paid bundles of the same type does not grant additional free bundles

• Paid Birthday bundles qualify only for one free Birthday bundle

• Paid Baby Shower bundles qualify only for one free Baby Shower bundle

• Paid Christmas bundles qualify only for one free Christmas bundle

• If multiple bundle types are present in the cart, one free bundle per type may be selected

• Free bundles must be actively selected during checkout before completing the order

• If the order is completed without selecting the free bundle, the promotion is considered forfeited

• No retroactive claims, replacements, or cash compensation apply

• Personalization is never included for free. If you select a free bundle and want it personalized, the personalization add-on is charged separately.

Yes, all templates are editable in Canva.

Depending on the template, you can customize text, colors, and fonts and also add your own images.

Everything is edited directly in your browser, so no extra software is needed.

Some elements of the design are fixed to preserve the overall look:

• Graphics and the overall layout are not editable

• Template sizes are fixed

All of our templates are editable with a free Canva account.

You do not need Canva Pro to open, edit, and download our designs.

Yes, you can open and edit your template on your phone or tablet in Canva.

This works well for smaller edits and quick changes.

For a more comfortable editing experience and a better overview, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer.

No worries – Canva saves changes automatically, and all edits can easily be undone.

You can also duplicate your template before making bigger changes.

This allows you to go back to an earlier version or test different variations safely.

Our designs are available for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed.

It is not permitted to share, resell, or distribute our designs, illustrations, or graphics. Doing so is considered a copyright violation.

Yes, you may use your template more than once for personal use.

You can re-download, edit, and use it again for your own event.

However, sharing, reselling, or distributing the file to others is not allowed.

Your files will be available forever after purchase.

If you created an account, you can access and download your files anytime in your customer account.

Your Canva template link also does not expire, so you can edit your design whenever you need.

Yes, when you select the Done-For-You Personalization add-on for a product, we will personalize the editable text for you and send you finished high-quality PNG and PDF files by email. This add-on can be selected on the product detail page, in the cart, and on the checkout page.

You will still receive your Canva template download link as usual, so you can also access and edit the original Canva template yourself.

Please note that personalization includes text changes only. We do not change the design, template size, layout, colors, graphics, or orientation, and this is not a printing service.

Personalized files are delivered within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Because of this production time, the earliest party date you can select is 2 days from now.

After you receive your personalized files, one small text adjustment is included if needed. Please review everything carefully, as additional adjustments on personalization are not included.

Printing your designs is simple and flexible. You can print at home, at a local print shop, or online.

Common sizes include:

• Invitations – 5 x 7 inches

• Welcome Signs – 16 x 20, 18 x 24, 24 x 36 inches

• Cupcake Toppers – 2.2 x 2.2 inches

• Birthday Milestone Boards – 11 x 14, 16 x 20, 18 x 24 inches

• Banners – 5 x 7 inch flags

Important:

Smaller items such as cupcake toppers, favor tags, seating cards, and banners are arranged as multiple designs on one 8.5 x 11 inch sheet for easy printing and to save paper.

Please check each product’s images and description carefully. They clearly show the available sizes and how many designs are included per sheet.

Printing tips:

• Print at 100% scale (do not scale to fit)

• Cut guidelines are included for easy trimming

• Use white cardstock for the best quality result

You have several easy options to print your design:

• Print at home using your own printer

• Use an online printing service

• Visit a local print shop or copy center

Popular printing providers include Staples, Kinkos, Office Depot, FedEx, and similar services.

For best results, we recommend using high-quality paper or cardstock depending on the product.

No, we do not offer printing services.

All products are digital files that you can download, edit, and print yourself.

For the best results, we recommend using white cardstock or heavier paper.

Invitations, signs, and milestone boards usually look more premium and stable when printed on thicker paper.

For smaller items such as tags, toppers, or place cards, sturdier paper is also recommended.

Because our products are digital downloads that are made available immediately after purchase, cancellation or refunds are unfortunately not possible once the order is completed.

During checkout, you agreed to receive immediate access to the digital content. As a result, your right of withdrawal no longer applies.
