Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FLLCDesigns, Luka Drezga, Kolbergerstr. 2A, 76139 Karlsruhe, Germany, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. revocation form at the bottom of this page).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:

you have expressly agreed that you want immediate access to the digital content and that we begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
you acknowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal.
